Went for the Ramadan Buffett! Food was pretty good. The environment was very cozy and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was okay, not too bad but not too great. Overall, enjoyed the place!
Amazing customer service, great great hookah; it beats any hooka in town. Food is very delicious and well cooked. Owner is very nice and friendly, he knows how to make you a permanent customer. They host all spot events which makes them unique...
Beautiful place, big, was kinda nice quiet when I went in. might come in when it's busier. but they have outdoor seating and it's in a nice unit/complex. The food was good I got a lemonade some mint peach hookah and pizza and couldn't complain.
My go to spot. You need to study on a weekday? Perfect spot. Having a party on the weekend? Perfect. Want to smoke GOOD hookah and not be over charged for it. Boom Lava is your place. Been coming here for about 4 years now....always a good experience.
Lava Java is the jam! It is located on Greenfield just north of Michigan Ave. The patio is open during the warm months if you prefer to enjoy the weather. The food is amazing! Beautiful lounge area & inviting & clean. The portions are huge & tasty to eat with the pita bread. The rice was my favorite! I could taste the freshness of my whole entree though. Topped off with some delicious Turkish coffee. I also like it that there is a non-hookah/smoking room so the restaurant is family friendly.
Great atmosphere and great staff. I am a foodie on ig @detroithalaleats and i enjoyed the food there. Everything was so good. Ill post pics of some of the delicious food that I got to enjoy. And the fact that they have a separate nonsmoking (hookah) section for the mommies is amazing. Definitely check it out.
